Stage 1: Pricing & van design.
First of all, we need to know what you’re looking for from your van conversion. With almost infinite options available, this can be an overwhelming step, but we’re here to offer expert advice to suit your requirements.
Step 1
You get in touch with us for a quote.
Step 2
We provide expert advice & an estimate.
We’ll advise you on the most practical, cost-effective and stylish options to suit your needs, and quote for the cost of the build.
Step 3
You pay a deposit to secure your build spot.
We ask for a deposit of $1,500 to book your build slot in our calendar. This amount will go towards the final payment if you choose to go ahead.
Step 4
We work on the design concepts & renders.
Based on everything you’ve told us, we’ll draw up 3D designs of your van fitout and work with you to revise them into the perfect home from home.
Once you’ve approved your van design, we’ll proceed to the build stage!
Stage 2: Van build & orientation.
This is where the fun starts! You can sit back and relax while we take care of the entire build and installation process. We’ll check in with you regularly throughout the build, giving you updates and making sure you’re happy.
Step 5
We order everything we need to get started.
First things first, we’ll need some supplies. We only work with trusted suppliers to ensure the highest quality products and materials for your peace of mind.
Step 6
We start building your new van!
We carry out all the work ourselves as a team of two, so your van conversion will be made with love to your exact specifications.
Step 7
We perform testing & quality assurance.
Once we’ve completed the van build, we spend three days carrying out extensive testing to make sure everything works as it should.
Step 8
We provide a half-day orientation session.
We make sure you feel comfortable and confident before you leave, demonstrating the technical ins and outs, as well as providing all certifications so you’re ready for life on the road.

In just a few short weeks, your new home on wheels will be ready for you to drive away into the sunset. But don’t worry! We’re always on hand to help if you need it.
All electrical work comes with 12-month support for your peace of mind.

Secure your build slot.
To secure your build slot in our calendar, we ask for a deposit of $1,500. If we build your van, this amount comes off your Stage 1 invoice.
If you decide to head in another direction, this deposit is non refundable. However, you’ll still be able to keep the 3D renders of your van design.
